Stratos does not sell user data to third parties. When you report the results of outreach efforts to your contacts on behalf of an organization, we share with that organization information necessary to measure the results of its outreach efforts (such as your user ID and the result of that outreach attempt).
You can delete your information from our servers at any time by clicking the “Delete my account” button on our Product’s settings page.
We collect the following personal data from users: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, address. We also collect data on how our website is used, which may include number of page visits and duration, type of browser (collectively, “Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include personal data, like your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
Users who connect their Google accounts to Stratos provide data as permitted by Google’s sharing permissions, which may include Google Contacts (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other identifying information.)
You may use our Product to access and use your contacts lists for certain services provided by third parties (“Contacts Services”), such as Google Gmail. By doing so, you may choose to authorize a Contacts Service to provide personal information or other information to us to use on your behalf. If you authorize us to connect with a Contacts Service, you authorize us to access and store your Contacts Service account information (including your name, email address, and other contact information), information contained in your Contacts Service contact lists, and other information that the Contacts Service makes available to us (“Contacts Information”). Contacts Information is used only in accordance with this Policy, and the Terms of Service.
Campaigns and other organizations may choose to upload, sync, connect, or otherwise provide our Product access to their own voter information (including names, addresses, voting history, demographic, and other information). Stratos uses this data to match users and their contacts to voters in these databases for the purpose of recommending useful connections to users to contact.
Stratos takes the privacy and security of its organizations’ voter files very seriously, and does not share such voter files with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide the Product (for example, securely storing data on cloud providers’ servers). Stratos does not share voter file data between campaigns or organizations.
With an organization’s consent, Stratos may provide the organization’s users with anonymized, aggregate data about their contacts within the organization’s voter file (for example, the proportion of their contacts who have voted in the last election).
If an organization grants Stratos access to its voter file, that organization may revoke access at any time through the Product, upon which Stratos will delete any copies of the voter information from its databases.
We may get information about you from other sources. We may add this to information we get from this Product. This allows us to match you and your contacts to the voter files of the campaigns or organizations you have chosen to support through Stratos and provide more accurate outreach recommendations to you.
We collect anonymous data when you visit our website or use our Product to monitor traffic, fix bugs, and make improvements. For example, we collect information like web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request.
You may request a copy of the data you have given Stratos by emailing us at email@example.com
The Product is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information via our website or Product from visitors in this age group.
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a setting in a web browser that directs websites not to track your behavior. You can activate the DNT settings through most browsers. We do not track users over time and across third party websites. We have not authorized any third party to track consumers or visitors while they are on our Website, and we are aware of no such tracking.
Except as described in this Policy, we will not disclose your information that we collect with the Product to third parties without your consent. We may disclose information to third parties if you consent to us doing so, as well as in the following circumstances:
You may send requests about personal information to our Contact Information below. You can request to change contact choices, opt-out of our sharing with others, and update your personal information.

If you are in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the provisions of this section apply to you, effective May 25, 2018.
We may process your Personal Data because you have given us permission to do so (e.g., by sending data through our contact or order forms), because the processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights, or because we need to process your Personal Data to comply with the law. Your Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) If you wish to know what Personal Data we hold about you, to have us remove it, or otherwise to exercise your rights, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In some cases, you also have the following rights related to your Personal Data:
No waiver by Stratos of any term or condition set forth in this Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Stratos to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Policy will in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
